How to get them? They are dropping from any job.. just like the previous chest.. so try to do your jobs and you will have a chance to get them..

Now how to open it? We have to use a Gold Treasure Chest Key! You can get one by purchasing one key at the Marketplace.. 1 key cost you 9 RPs, you can get for 5 RPs at the One Hour Sale item.. just wait for the time to come..

    Eveneide, the price of key drops to 5RP during hourly sale. Next time if you'r buying it try to buy on sale. :)

    I got 10RP, Pair of vintage Binocular , winners wreath, Easter Metsubushi, and Horse Trailer. I doesn't always gives the 10RP.
